- Legal Basis for Personal Data Processing
- Buyers’ personal data is processed for the following purposes and based on the following regulations:
a. Conclusion and execution of a sales contract – Article 6(1)(b) of GDPR,
b. Fulfillment of tax and accounting obligations – Article 6(1)(c) of GDPR,
c. Pursuing claims and defense against claims – Article 6(1)(f) of GDPR,
d. Handling customer inquiries – Article 6(1)(f) of GDPR,
e. Sending newsletters based on granted consent – Article 6(1)(a) of GDPR.
- Buyers’ personal data is processed for the following purposes and based on the following regulations:
- Scope of Processed Personal Data
- The Seller processes the following personal data of Buyers:
a. Full name,
b. Email address,
c. Phone number (if provided),
d. Delivery address (street, postal code, city, country),
e. Data required for issuing an invoice (if applicable).
- The Seller processes the following personal data of Buyers:
- Entity Responsible for Order Production and Shipment
- Orders placed in the Store are fulfilled by an external logistics partner – Printful and other cooperating entities responsible for production and shipment.
- To process an order, the Seller provides the necessary Buyer data to the entity fulfilling the order, including:
a. Full name,
b. Delivery address,
c. Phone number (if required for delivery),
d. Email address (to send order status notifications). - Printful and other fulfillment partners process Buyer data only to the extent necessary to complete the delivery.
- The Seller remains responsible for order fulfillment, as well as handling complaints and returns.
- Recipients of Personal Data
- The Buyer’s personal data may be shared with the following entities:
a. Courier and postal companies for order delivery,
b. Payment operators (e.g., Przelewy24, PayPal) for transaction processing,
c. Accounting offices for fulfilling tax obligations,
d. IT service providers, hosting providers, and technical support for the Store,
e. Law firms in case of claim enforcement.
- The Buyer’s personal data may be shared with the following entities:
- Transfer of Data Outside the EU
- If the Buyer subscribes to the newsletter or if the order is fulfilled by Printful outside the EU, their data may be transferred to a third country (e.g., the USA).
- In such cases, compliance mechanisms such as contractual clauses approved by the European Commission are applied to ensure an adequate level of data protection.
- Personal Data Retention Period
- Personal data is stored for the following periods:
a. In the case of order fulfillment – until the expiration of the limitation period for claims (typically 6 years, in accordance with tax law regulations),
b. In the case of a user account – until it is deleted by the Buyer,
c. In the case of newsletter consent – until it is withdrawn.

- The Buyer has the right to:
a. Access their personal data,

c. Delete their data (right to be forgotten),
d. Restrict processing,
e. Object to processing,

g. File a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO).
- The Buyer has the right to:
