Terms and conditions of TRNDZ.PL store

§ 1 General Provisions

  1. This Terms and Conditions document defines the rules for using the online store TRNDZ, available at trndz.pl, operated by HISECORE Sp. z o.o., located at Nowy Świat 33/13, 00-029 Warsaw, Poland, registered in the KRS under the number: 0001099591, Tax Id. Number: 5223294892, REGON: 528343145.
  2. The Terms and Conditions define the rights and obligations of the Store’s Customers and the Seller, as well as the rules for placing orders, payments, delivery, returns, and complaints.
  3. Each Customer is required to read the Terms and Conditions before using the Store’s services.
  4. To use the Store, the following are required:
    • Internet access,
    • standard operating system (Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, Android),
    • standard web browser,
    • active email address.
  5. The Buyer cannot make a purchase in the Store anonymously or under a pseudonym.
  6. All product prices listed on the Store’s pages are gross prices.

§ 2 Definitions

  1. Seller – HISECORE Sp. z o.o.
  2. Customer – an individual, legal entity, or organizational unit that makes a purchase in the Store.
  3. Consumer – a Customer who is an individual making a purchase not directly related to business activity.
  4. Entrepreneur on consumer rights – an entrepreneur making a purchase unrelated to their professional activity.
  5. Store – the online store available at trndz.pl.
  6. Product – a movable item available in the Store.
  7. Order – a declaration of will by the Customer aimed at concluding a Sales Agreement.

§ 3 Placing Orders

  1. The Customer can make a purchase as a Guest (without registration).
  2. The Store accepts orders online 24/7.
  3. To place an order, the Customer:
    • selects products and adds them to the cart,
    • provides shipping details,
    • selects the delivery and payment method,
    • accepts the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy,
    • confirms the order,
    • pays for the order within the specified time, subject to § 4 item 1 and § 4 item 2.
  4. After placing an order, the Customer will receive an email confirming the acceptance of the order.
  5. A VAT invoice or receipt will be issued for each order.
  6. The Buyer is responsible for providing false personal information.

§ 4 Payments

  1. The Customer can choose from the following payment methods:
    • Credit card payment (Visa, Mastercard, American Express),
    • PayPal,
    • BLIK,
    • Bank transfer.
  2. If no payment is made within 24 hours, the order may be canceled.

§ 5 Delivery

  1. Orders placed in the Store are processed by an external entity responsible for production and shipping – Printful and other cooperating logistics companies.
  2. The order processing time is 3–7 business days, and delivery takes:
    • Poland: 3–5 business days,
    • Europe: 6–8 business days,
    • USA: 3–4 business days,
    • Australia: 2–14 business days,
    • Japan: 4–8 business days,
    • Other countries: 10–20 business days.
  3. The delivery cost will be displayed during the order process.
  4. Additional customs fees and taxes may apply depending on the delivery country – the Customer bears the costs.
  5. If the Customer provides an incorrect delivery address, they will bear the cost of re-shipping.

§ 6 Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

  1. A Customer who is a Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the order, without providing any reason.
  2. To return the product, the Customer should:
    • Send a withdrawal statement to the email address: contact@trndz.pl,
    • Return the product to the address provided by the Store within 14 days.
  3. The Customer bears the cost of returning the product.
  4. The Store will refund the money within 14 days after receiving the returned product.
  5. The product must not show signs of use, washing, or damage.

§ 7 Complaints

  1. If the Customer receives a faulty or incorrect product, they can file a complaint within 14 days.
  2. The complaint should be submitted via email to contact@trndz.pl and should include:
    • Order number,
    • Photos of the defective product,
    • Description of the issue.
  3. If the complaint is accepted, the Store offers:
    • Product replacement with a new one,
    • Refund.
  4. The Customer does not bear the return costs in the case of a justified complaint.

§ 8 Alternative Dispute Resolution and Complaints

  1. The Customer has the option to use alternative dispute resolution, such as:

§ 9 Final Provisions

  1. The Terms and Conditions come into force on the date of publication on the Store’s website.
  2. The Seller may make changes to the Terms and Conditions – the Customer will be informed about them.
  3. In matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, Polish and EU law applies.
  4. Any disputes related to the Store will be resolved by the competent court in Poland.
